Ludie's No Fail Rolls

  
2 pkgs. yeast				½ cup oil
½ cup warm water			2 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar				1 ½ cup lukewarm water
2 tsp. salt				5 cups plain flour
Dissolve 2 yeast cakes in ½ cup lukewarm water. Cream together ½ cup sugar, 2 teaspoons salt and ½ cup oil. Add 2 beaten eggs. Add 1 ½ cups lukewarm water alternating with 5 cups flour. Let rise until dough reaches top of bowl. Punch down and put in refrigerator. Take out amount as needed. Knead on a lightly floured board. After you make out rolls, let rise about 1 ½ hours. Bake 10-12 minutes in a 400° oven. This recipe makes 36, 3-inch rolls.
