BANANA NUT BREAD

  
1/2 cup butter				2 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar				1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs				        1 tsp. salt 
3 very ripe bananas			1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating after each one. Add bananas; beat well. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add to banana mixture. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Bake in a greased and floured loaf or bundt pan at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Delicious topped with a little butter and reheated in the microwave.
