STUFFED MUSHROOMS

  
36 large mushrooms, caps only		16 oz. whipped cream cheese with 
1/4 lb. butter, melted			  chives
8 slices of bacon, fried and 
  crumbled

Preheat oven to 350°. Clean mushrooms and dry. Brush caps with butter. In a small bowl, mix cheese and bacon. Spoon mixtures into mushrooms, mounding slightly. Bake on cookie sheet for 8 minutes, then broil, 6 inches from the heat, 3 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned. Cool slightly before serving.
