36 large mushrooms caps 1 stick butter, melted 1 16 oz. carton whipped cream cheese with chives 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbledPreheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and crumbled bacon. Brush mushrooms with melted butter. Scoop the cheese and bacon mixture into the mushrooms, mounding slightly. Bake on cookie sheet for 5-8 minutes. Then, change oven to broil and arrange shelf so that cookie sheet will be 6” from heat. Broil until bubbly and browned, about 3 minutes.
