SAUSAGE DIP

  
1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained		1 loaf French bread
8-10 oz. sharp cheese, grated			8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can diced green chilies			8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients and place in hollowed out loaf of French bread. Cover with tin foil and place on cookie sheet. Warm at 350° until melted. Serve with large Fritos or tortilla chips.
