CHEESE WAFERS

  
2 cups sharp cheese, grated		1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick butter, softened		1 cup flour
Salt to taste

Mix above ingredients. Roll in waxed paper to form sausage-shaped roll about 1 inch in diameter. Refrigerate until firm. Slice into wafers about 1/4 inch thick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until crisp and lightly browned.
