CREAM CHEESE BALL

  
2 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese		1 pkg. smoked dried beef
1/2 cup butter or margarine		3 green onions, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans

Allow cream cheese and butter to soften. Chop dried beef and the 3 green onions, including the stems. Mix all ingredients together, then shape into 2 small balls or 1 large ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
