ARTICHOKE SANDWICHES

     
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, non-marinated
1 pkg. Ranch or Italian dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise

Drain and chop the artichokes.
Combine dressing mix and mayonnaise.
Add the artichokes.
Chill to combine flavors.
Spread on thin white bread, crusts removed.
Cut into thirds for appetizers.
