LINDA’S TOMATO BASIL APPETIZER

  
3 cloves of garlic, minced		6 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
3 plum tomatoes, diced			1 tbsp. olive oil, virgin or other
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar		1 thin, crusty, French baguette
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Mixed first 5 ingredients to make chunky dip. Slice baguette into thin, bite-sized rounds of bread. Slice cheese into small, thin pieces. To eat, place slice of mozzarella on bread and use to scoop up tomato mixture. For best flavor, use while fresh.
